- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (e.g., personalized items, perishable goods, etc.).
1.2 How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp, Messenger, E-mail, or Phone Number to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization with the package.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
2. Refunds
